If you’re a feminist, i suggest DONT read this. It’ll just boil your blood! There’s no equality in this book. Dirk’s ALWAYS hurting her. From their teens to present! She’s always SECOND in everything to the man! Gosh! I mean, she heard it straight from the Dirk’s mouth, he doesn’t want a relationship with her! I cannot! GRRR. And then he’s all that alpha male to her, forcing her to listen. It’s all about him! His first sin against her is enough for her to dump his ass and kick his balls! I cannot accept that she’s this crazy, pathetic girl always pining for this selfish man! Aggghhh. Plus, you can’t feel the sincerity in his (Dick, errrgg Dirk) declaration of feelings!
